Store Manager, Greater Goods Collective
About the Greater Good Collective
The Greater Good Collective is a family of mission-driven social enterprises created by Presbyterian Night Shelter to fuel economic empowerment and create pathways out of homelessness. Through meaningful work, skill-building, and community connection, each venture contributes to a shared goal: transforming generosity into opportunity.
Within the Collective:

• Greater Goods is a curated boutique where every purchase empowers greater possibilities.
• Greater Give is the beating heart of the operation—a donation center that receives, sorts, and distributes goods to supply both stores while offering workforce training and transitional employment opportunities.
Together, these enterprises create a closed-loop, mission-driven retail ecosystem—where community generosity fuels sustainable revenue and meaningful work.
