Job Summary 

The Business Operations Manager for Staffing is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and employee activity for all social enterprise staffing contracts. Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and Assign tasks to staff based on job requirements or special assignments

  • Help execute and implement new policies and procedures for all staffing contracts
  • Log arriving and departing employees in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Field calls and texts from employees regarding daily attendance
  • Consistently deliver high levels of customer service
  • Responsible for initial and ongoing customer/contract acquisitions
  • Send reports as required by contracts to customers
  • Comprehensive understanding of scheduling, hiring, conflict resolution, and employee management
  • Effective time management and ability to work independently at a fast pace with high volume of employees
  • Evaluate and identify areas for improvement and efficiency in daily operations
  • Conduct site visits and safety checks as needed
  • Assist in maintaining and dispatching fleet records for employee pickups, drop-offs, vehicle maintenance, and cleaning
  • Evaluate and identify areas for improvement and efficiency in daily staffing operations
  • Manage special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Three years’ supervisory experience.

Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form. 

Ability to document incidents legibly. 

Ability to maintain agency and customer confidentiality and privacy.

Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.

Must have valid driver license and proof of liability insurance.
